We received same day service with a sweet young lady who really took her time and isn’t rush the process. As a mother, it was helpful to basically have an extra set of hands going through the kids hair while I was cleaning the parts of the house that the technician told me to clean, in order to get control of the infestation. She told me what to clean and how to clean it. Great service and very helpful! Would use Lice Solutions again if needed.

I have a 3 year old special needs daughter. Washing her hair on a normal basis is extremely challenging and she screams most of the time. It breaks my heart. My son came home from an out of state boy scout camp with these little travel companions. If we would have just called these pros to begin with, then we could have been spared from the month long nightmare that led to near complete emotional breakdown for ourselves and our wallets. Do yourself and family a solid and don't go trying to treat it on your own, it will cost way more on many levels if you do. When I called, we were at our wits end and pretty much couldn't help but think every little itch on our head was one of those bugs, even after having washed and combed way more than was recommended, including earlier in the day I made the appt. Because of this though, when Danielle, the nurse who came and hour and half after I called, looked through our hair, we were all good. I wasn't even upset that I shelled out the money for that, because the peace of mind having a pro tell you all is well and give you advice and instructions on keeping it that way, was well worth it, and I regret having not just called lice care solutions right as soon as I noticed my sons hair had guests.

We were desperate, ready to leave to go visit family & discovered that my daughter had head lice! It was a Sunday & most places were closed. We were going to have to postpone our trip. Then I saw lice care solutions & it said call 24 hours a day! I figured it would be way to expensive (which it is very pricy - but all of the places seemed to be very expensive!) and there was no way they could help us that same day. But I was wrong, not only could they help us that same day but they got someone to our house in a little over an hour!! She was amazing ( sorry I can’t remember the name of the professional that came to help us) she spent almost three hours combing my daughter’s long hair & mine, doing a very thorough inspection and we were lice free!! Great experience! Lisa was friendly and helpful, she interacted well with the kids. Scheduling the service was quick and easy!My only complaint was that I signed the bill without seeing the bill. Lisa explained that she is unaware of the charges so I'm assuming this is a practice employed by the business. I think it's always wise to know exactly what you're paying before signing a statement.
