Customers may be eligible for one service call with complementary labor under the conditions that
(a) the presence of lice or nits is shown by submitting a photograph of the louse on a plain white paper towel.
(b) all of the home’s occupants were checked for lice at the time of treatment,
(c) all after-care instructions were followed,
(d) guarantee covers family members that were treated at the initial visit.
(e) the initial treatment was not complementary or promotional. Customer will be charged a travel fee of $60 for each call.
