I called and they were super attentive to getting me in the same day I called. Lea was amazing and took such great and thorough care of each of us. She took the time to explain preventative measures we could do at home and also was super informative on what to do after she left. I was super stressed that we all had lice as we had never had it before and after Lea left I felt so much at ease!!! One of the best experiences I've ever had with a business that deals in something icky! We called yesterday on a Sunday morning and spoke with Lea. Lea was extremely friendly, courteous, informative and calming! She assured us they could come out and check our three heads of hair that same day! When we called back (after making sure we three could all be home), we spoke with Jacob. Jacob was just as friendly and courteous, with a touch of great humor. They scheduled us right away to be there in two hours. Shannon was our technician (not sure what they're called) and she was super nice, efficient, informative and gentle. She worked with us in precise fashion and showed us step by step what she was doing. She also left us easy instructions for follow up care. Ironically, we all were completely lice free! Trust me, with our busy lives, the peace of mind of having professionals clear us of any worry was well worth the price! Thank you Lea, Jacob and Shannon. Y'all are total ROCK STARS!!!! You get what you paid for for the the price .compared to other places. Other places nickle an dime you . And they don't change for head checks or nit comb. Lice Care Solutions is a great alternative to other lice removal places. I love that we were treated in the comfort of our own home. I called before 8am and was immediately connected to a scheduler who was able to fit me in the same day. Our technician, Courtney, was on time, friendly, and very professional. She was able to check all the members of my family without us all having to spend hours at a facility. I was able to make dinner and start washing all the bedding, towels, etc. while my daughter was being treated. That alone is worth the price! Also, my daughter commented on how Lice Care Solution's method of combing through the hair with coconut oil is much more pleasant than the other place's method of combing through dry hair. Courtney was extremely thorough. I feel confident that she got every single nit. While I hope I never have to see her again (haha), I would definitely recommend Courtney and Lice Care Solutions. Never experienced Lice on any of my 3 kids - but when my teenage girl got it I had no idea what to do and a friend recommended Lice Care Solutions, I didn't even know there was a service but was very relieved and pleased there was .
